Responsibility

  • effectively manage and monitor the P&L of the department, complete worksheet billing and maximise gross profitability of all services
  • produce accurate reports to ensure works are completed, deadlines are met, revenue and costs are evaluated
  • responsible for effectively managing all Service Contracts in line with SLA’s
  • manage, monitor and motivate the team to consistently meet customer and company expectations
  • consistently deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction to all customers in line with our 5-Star Customer Promise, manage and monitor all day-to-day activities within the service, repairs and maintenance team
  • participate in the of pricing of parts, labour and other charges connected with operational activities and ensure policies and procedures are reviewed and up to date

Requirements

  • minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Manager in a similar field/sector
  • good verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • initiative and the ability to focus on existing and new opportunities and solutions
  • good organisational and team building skills
  • leadership and motivational skills
  • decision making and problem-solving abilities
  • service manager: 3 years
  • time-management skills
