Responsibility
- effectively manage and monitor the P&L of the department, complete worksheet billing and maximise gross profitability of all services
- produce accurate reports to ensure works are completed, deadlines are met, revenue and costs are evaluated
- responsible for effectively managing all Service Contracts in line with SLA’s
- manage, monitor and motivate the team to consistently meet customer and company expectations
- consistently deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction to all customers in line with our 5-Star Customer Promise, manage and monitor all day-to-day activities within the service, repairs and maintenance team
- participate in the of pricing of parts, labour and other charges connected with operational activities and ensure policies and procedures are reviewed and up to date
Requirements
- minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Manager in a similar field/sector
- good verbal, listening and written communication skills
- initiative and the ability to focus on existing and new opportunities and solutions
- good organisational and team building skills
- leadership and motivational skills
- decision making and problem-solving abilities
