Responsibility

  • develop relationships with established customers, ensuring all key accounts are properly managed
  • ensure customer enquiries received by phone and email are handled promptly and efficiently using the SAP system
  • provide customers with product pricing and sizing quotations, based on their needs
  • ensure a professional, friendly and consistent service is provided to the customer at all times
  • maintain customer information within the SAP system
  • achieve and maintain a strong understanding of the products and services within the insulbar® range
  • work closely and effectively with the Sales department based in Germany, providing support when required
  • assist the National Sales Manager with any sales administration tasks

Requirements

  • previous sales Administration experience, ideally in a similar industry, which has involved sales order processing
  • experience of using SAP desirable
  • A “can-do” attitude to ensure delivery of the highest service to all customers
  • proven ability to build, develop and maintain relationships with key customers
  • self-motivated and energised
  • experience of answering and solving customer queries via phone and email relating to goods and services
  • very organised with the ability to manage your own time and priorities
