Responsibility

  • the role has 1 x direct report, with scope for expansion in line with overall FTE growth of the business

  • the aim of this role is to provide leadership of the HR function within a business of c.220 FTE, with a particular focus on delivering value through the expansion of our existing L&D programme and managing an effective internal recruitment process

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years all-round HR Generalist experience, with L&D experience particularly desirable
  • strong working knowledge and experience of HR systems
  • highly numerate with strong attention to detail
  • ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality regarding all aspects of HR
