Responsibility
- you'll be instrumental in the daily running of our business; you’ll lead the morning meetings and play a vital role in the duty manager rota
- maximising revenue by offering our chauffeur and porterage services and ensuring these are charged accurately; you’ll make the appropriate reservations and pass relevant leads to the Sales team
- managing, with your team, correspondence from guests, post-departure satisfaction surveys and pre arrival arrangements, ensuring all guest concerns are resolved swiftly and professionally, always protecting our financial operation
- run the daily briefing for the restaurant/bar team
- maintaining guest confidentiality and security at all times, following GDPR guidelines to enhance our guests’ stay while obtaining and recording accurate information on guest profiles for future stays
