- we are currently seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team of managers, senior engineers, engineers, and designers
- due to continued commercial success, EPS is looking to recruit a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join its growing Engineering Team
- this is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Graduate Electrical Engineer to join this highly respected consultancy team
- additionally, you will provide technical guidance to project teams and clients
- the team delivers leading edge technical consultancy in the areas of Power Systems Analysis, Arc Flash and Electrical Engineering
- manage and deliver Electrical Engineering projects in the Transmission & Distribution, BESS, Offshore Wind, Offshore Oil & Gas and Water sectors
- the successful candidate will work within our team of Electrical Engineers who will provide training, support, and guidance as required
- provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- strong experience in the design of LV and HV electrical systems and associated design standards and legislation
- proficient in the use of spreadsheets for calculation and analysis
- A minimum of 2.1 Degree in Electrical Engineering
- experience using complex power system modelling software would be an advantage
- A results driven, team player with extensive experience in Electrical Engineering in the delivery of the full project life cycle including Feeds and EPC within the renewable, petrochemicals, oil &gas and power generation industries
- knowledge and understanding of onshore and offshore electrical engineering for either Oil & Gas, power distribution, wind energy, manufacturing and petrochemical industries is preferred however experience will be gained during the EPS mentoring program
