Requirements
- degree qualified with experience in simulation, airflow, daylight / sunlight etc
- responsible for delivering complete Energy and Sustainability packages
- will have a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience and ideally chartered engineer
- additional training provided as required
- assistance in the delivery of additional complementary services will be required within the job specification
- BREEAM Modelling: 4 years
- energy Strategies; Sustainability Statements; Detailed Thermal Modelling; Part L modelling; Peak Load Analysis; TM54 modelling; TM59 modelling; assessment methods such as BREEAM, WELL, Whole Life Carbon analysis etc
- you will contribute to IN2’s strong ethos of mentoring Junior staff by reviewing design work and offer support and your expertise, enabling them to reach their full potential
Responsibility
- act as Project Engineer including environmental design for a range of projects; particularly in the commercial, civic and cultural, educational and healthcare sectors
- assist the Management Team with Business Development and Financial Control activities
