Responsibility
- answer and divert phone calls
- answer incoming client/insurer call and assist with their enquiries
- data entry across various internal and external portals/systems
- data entry across multiple insurer portals and systems
- liaising with insurers to obtain quotations either via self-service portals or via email
- obtaining client quotations from our insurer partners, via email request or self-serve portal
- compiling annual client reports across all of the employee benefits we offer
- obtaining, reconciling and sending client invoices
Requirements
- past experience in an administrative or support role
- the ideal candidate would have International insurance experience
- customer service champion
- excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- methodical approach
- organisational skills and a proven ability to multi-task
- insurance: 1 year
- customer service: 3 years
