Responsibility

• support the distributor and sales rep partnerships by helping develop tools, marketing materials & knowledge training
• engage with new OEM, End User and Channel partnerships to nurture and develop the relationships to achieve long term successful growth

• develop internal product management processes including SKU rationalisation, pricing, manufacturing, training, QC testing and ongoing after sales product service processes
• visit customer locations to assist surveys, project meetings, service contract negotiation or installations
• nurture, develop and manage Technical Services team members to ensure maximum efficiency and engagement
• the Service Manager shall also provide Sales process support for in the form of ensuring equipment is in good working condition for demonstrations, client presentations, client care training programmes, technical review of quotations and logistical support
• be the first port of call for technical support, communications and issues relating to products from internal stakeholders, distributors, and end users

Requirements

• experience within the Instrumentation industry or previous calibration experience in an electrical/scientific field
• 2-5 years prior experience in a similar role and within a Service Driven and highly Customer-focused environment
• experience working in an environment where DSEAR and COSHH are relevant
