- A track record of excellent stakeholder/customer management skills
- ability to oversee an EPC contractor and push for high-quality and on-time delivery
- experience in managing EPC contracts such as MF1 or NEC
- solar construction experience is highly desirable
- have a solid technical engineering background, ideally qualified to degree level
- attention to detail but with the ability to take a strategic view to ensure that the project is delivered successfully
- project/Construction Manager with 15+ years of experience in major projects
- strong health and safety knowledge and culture
Responsibility
- the primary responsibilities of the successful candidate will be to: manage the EPC contractor to ensure that all risks are identified and controlled; drive the EPC contractor to ensure that the project is delivered successfully; and act as the day-to-day senior contact with the end customer providing detailed feedback on progress
