Responsibility

  • enaflo Interiors are looking for an experienced Architectural CAD Designer to work from their office based in Paddock Wood, Kent
  • our ideal candidate would have at least 5 years experience, and be able to demonstrate a creative drive, have experience in using AutoCAD, a knowledge of UK planning and building regulations, as well as an ability to maintain design intent and quality through realizing details in construction and on site

Requirements

  • A recognized Interior or Architectural qualification
  • have experience of planning and construction packages from concept through to construction detailing and specification drawings, ideally AutoCAD Architecture 2021
  • an awareness of current trends in architecture and interior design
  • ability to work under pressure and as part of an energetic team
  • building Surveys
  • REVIT experience will be an added bonus
  • autoCAD: 3 years
  • commercial Office Fit Out Design: 2 years
