responsible for developing and maintaining EMS Assist’s candidate pool in accordance with staffing requirements communicated by the sales team
attending weekly sales/ops meetings and providing updates on current recruitment activities
any other duties as required
recruiters will be responsible for managing the candidate lifecycle following EMS Assist’s Recruitment Process. Recruiters will work closely with both the Sales and Operations Departments to ensure that all staffing requirements are fulfilled
