• customer care calls on a quarterly basis
• keeping database updated following interaction with clients
• being positive face of company

• assist in the production of the monthly client newsletter
• manage the company’s social media output
• printing and binding of documentation for audits and update the relevant consultant renewal spreadsheet
• answer the telephone and deal with incoming enquiries. Forward an email message to the appropriate person when they are unavailable
• welcome and greet visitors to the office
• support and liaise with admin colleagues with workload
• request documentation from contractors for Health & Safety files. Liaise with the consultant for what information is needed
• print manuals and site files ready for delivery to clients, formatting documents as needed to assist consultants
