Responsibility
- emplas is one of the UK’s largest window and door fabricators
- dealing with all customer enquiries received through various sources; website, phone, email, website etc
- ensure EVA Portal is kept updated with customer details, bulletins, product information
- sending required brochures and marketing material to existing and prospective customers
- partnering with leading window systems suppliers, we offer some of the industry’s most technically advanced low maintenance and energy efficient aluminium and U-PVC windows and doors
- stock orders for brochures and customer support material
- being both upvc window manufacturers and aluminium window manufacturers, we work with the trade, new build, social housing and educational sectors since 1979, our reputation is built on service excellence
- provide support and assistance to Sales Managers mainly in the form of pricing support when looking to secure new business
Requirements
- ideally we would love you to have 1-2 years exposure within a customer service / sales and marketing role or similar but the most important thing is a positive and approachable nature with a willingness to learn quickly and contribute to the teams success
