- aid in applying coats of plaster to achieve a smooth and even finish
- assist in repairing and restoring damaged plaster, including patching holes, cracks, and imperfections
- ensure proper adhesion and durability of plaster by following established techniques and industry standards
- safely handle hand and power tools, such as trowels, brushes, and sanders, as directed
