Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced Shop Manager and Flooring Estimator to join our team here at Empire Flooring
- experience in Flooring Estimating would be highly beneficial for this job, however training will be provided
- yearly pay dependant on experience
- the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including managing staff, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- as well as this, the successful candidate will be expected to visit customers homes, measure for flooring, show customers samples and estimate prices for jobs
- the ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for customer service and experience working in a busy shop setting
