Responsibility
- lead on keeping Health and Safety matters up to date for CooperativeSupported Living as a whole and ensure we comply with Health & Safetylegislation, policy, and good practice
- attend and participate in staff meetings
- oversee care/supported accommodation operations and ensure that support staff operate in accordance with all our policies, procedures and relevant legislation/regulations
- participate in more complex needs and risk assessments and support reviews where required – troubleshooting where support staff require assistance with challenging tenants/service users
- carry out periodic and annual staff performance reviews
- participate in the annual service review of the project/scheme
- c. Prepare and present written, financial, and statistical reports, attending management meetings as required
- attend and participate in supervision sessions and an annual personal review
