- experience of working safely & using risk assessments in supporting people
- excellent interpersonal skills, able to build constructive professional relationships with partner agencies & with a diverse range of people
Responsibility
- ensure that occupancy agreements are upheld, and breaches dealt with in line with policies and procedures
- ensure the timely and accurate submission of housing benefit claims and maintain oversight through to confirmation of first payment
