Responsibility
- partner Boarding Platform
- train and coach new partners on the boarding platform
- coach partners on payments and our overall offering
- liaise with our Operations officers on partner boarding portal build requirements
- constantly review the user experience of our boarding platform for partners and offer suggestions on improvements in line with the platform’s roadmap
- share partner's emerchantpay feedback from training sessions to the Partner team and Product development
Requirements
- A desire to learn and discover from the high level to granular detail of the payments industry and of emerchantpay's proposition
- self-sufficient, self-starter and proven success taking ownership of projects
- must be clear and concise in presenting information, with an ambition and passion to train
- patient, polite, and hard-working approach to work, with a diligent, and ambitious behaviour towards the ownership or management of projects
- excellent written and verbal communication with empathic and appropriate care in delivery
- open, adaptable, and confident stage presence to a wide range of successful sales extroverts plus all other personality types
- be able to create and manage a training calendar for yourself and the Training Manager in line with the company roadmap
- experience delivering business focused & technology related coaching in any form
