Responsibility
- promote a caring environment for residents according to guidelines, practice, legislative and regulatory requirements
- effectively lead and manage the team to promote an environment that supports dignity and respect
- ensuring satisfactory measures are in place to protect the health and safety of residents and staff
- ensuring financial and commercial management are to the highest standards according to company policies
- good understanding of CQC regulations and requirements
- we are a 9 bed, privately owned Residential Care Home for Adults with a Learning Difficulty and Autism situated in Bedfordshire and are looking to recruit a registered care manager
- to advise on policies and procedures to reflect the aims and objectives of the home
- we are looking for a focused, motivated, and high achiever to further improve and maintain the high standards that are embedded throughout our values and service delivery
Requirements
- you will need to have previous experience as a Registered Manager/Deputy Manager
- this role requires an NVQ/Diploma Level 5 or working towards
- use of the digital Care Planning too would be an advantage
