we are a 9 bed, privately owned Residential Care Home for Adults with a Learning Difficulty and Autism situated in Bedfordshire and are looking to recruit a registered care manager
to advise on policies and procedures to reflect the aims and objectives of the home
we are looking for a focused, motivated, and high achiever to further improve and maintain the high standards that are embedded throughout our values and service delivery
Requirements
you will need to have previous experience as a Registered Manager/Deputy Manager
this role requires an NVQ/Diploma Level 5 or working towards
use of the digital Care Planning too would be an advantage
