ELMS MARKETING is looking for employees for positions:

customer service executive

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • responding promptly to customer enquiries
  • communicating with customers through various channels
  • acknowledging and resolving any customer feedback, particularly if an issue needs quick resolution
  • knowing our products and services so that you can answer questions
  • processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

Requirements

  • customer service
  • experience within the business or other suitable customer service roles
  • experience of Sage 50 is preferred but not essential
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • strong relationship building, negotiating and administration skills
  • high attention to detail with excellent organisation skills
  • knowledge and interest in sports apparel
  • exercises personal professionalism and sense of accountability
