- arrange cover for care assistant for work patterns, cover sickness and Holidays
- process changes to customers care and support plans, as and when required and in conjunction with the Care managers
- make sure there is sufficient cover to deliver care and support on time
- monitor the allocation of care assistants versus clients to maintain a steady work pattern for our Carers
- use IT systems to allocate care assistants to provide care and support to service users
- monitor Care assistant skills, experience and time to safely deliver the care and support the plan
- make sure the customer’s preferences and care needs are met
- care co-ordination skills: 1 year
