keeping projects updated through the company's timesheet software
keeping track of employee holiday accruement and timesheet accuracy
managing logistics and scheduling for a mobile unit and liasing with a large supermarket chain the unit represents and ordering products to be used on the unit, as well as remotely supervising the Operations Manager working on the unit
