Responsibility
- to ensure that your product knowledge is sufficient to be able to converse comfortably with customers and prospects at all levels
- to conduct bespoke staff training for customers restaurant teams
- to communicate efficiently and in a timely fashion within the company, with customers and future customers
- to liaise with the Credit Control department, to ensure that all accounts are kept within our trading terms
- to supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- to manage your time carefully and efficiently and develop a calling plan that ensures regular visits to all your customers, whilst leaving ample time for prospecting
Requirements
- level 2 WSET minimum
- excellent knowledge of MS Office
- highly motivated with a proven track record in sales
- excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- relationship management skills and openness to feedback
