Responsibility
to ensure that your product knowledge is sufficient to be able to converse comfortably with customers and prospects at all levels
to conduct bespoke staff training for customers restaurant teams
to communicate efficiently and in a timely fashion within the company, with customers and future customers
to liaise with the Credit Control department, to ensure that all accounts are kept within our trading terms
to supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
to manage your time carefully and efficiently and develop a calling plan that ensures regular visits to all your customers, whilst leaving ample time for prospecting
Requirements
level 2 WSET minimum
excellent knowledge of MS Office
highly motivated with a proven track record in sales
excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
relationship management skills and openness to feedback
