Responsibility
- deliver afternoon baking sessions to clients to support their independent living skills
- ensure robust food safety systems are in place in line with food safety standards
- be responsible for high level of cleanliness and order in the kitchen in accordance with food safety standards
- maintain high standard of personal presentation appropriate to activities being undertaken
- assist with stock control and purchasing food to a budget
- supervise café trainees, ensure they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- provide a freshly prepared daily meal service for I Can Ventures clients. Plan and prepare wholesome food that meets the needs of all customers
- assist with activity planning, working in accordance with risk assessments
