- you will be required to be someone who our customers and leads speak to on the phone first, so strong communication skills and a polite telephone manner is essential
- calling prospective clients from a phone system that prompts outbound calls
- occasionally taking inbound calls from prospects and/or customers dealing with enquiries or orders
- researching specific demographic areas to identify leads to target
