Responsibility

  • we are looking to recruit a Duty Manager to join our team at an independent living retirement complex in Salisbury
  • \*Experience in the supervision and managing of a team of Housekeeping Assistants
  • \*Meeting the needs of the resident owners to ensure continued independence and an optimum quality of life for all
  • \*A positive ‘can do’ attitude at all times with the willing to go beyond expectation
  • \*Experience in working with authorized budgets
  • \*Ability to Work with the catering team to ensure a high standard of service to the resident owners
  • \*Positive team player with good communication skills
  • shift times are 8am until 3pm morning shift and 3pm until 10pm afternoon shift
