Responsibility

  • preparation of monthly management and consolidated accounts including Balance sheet, Profit and Loss account, Cashflow and comparison to forecasts
  • preparation and presentation of the monthly finance pack to the board
  • processing daily bank transactions
  • daily cash monitoring and reconciliation
  • monthly reconciliation of control accounts including processing of wages journals
  • process monthly inter-company recharges and reconcile accounts
  • maintaining fixed asset register
  • processing and payment of purchase invoices, including ensuring invoices are coded to the correct nominal code and paid in line with payment terms

Requirements

  • great all-round accountancy skills
  • knowledge of Sage accounts and payroll
  • preferably ACCA/CIMA qualified/part-qualified
  • accounting: 3 years
