Working hours

Responsibility
- lead retail staff in the daily duties and ensure they are up to date and knowledgeable with relevant activity and promotions
- lead/motivate retail staff to meet and exceed sales targets
- ensure the team are proactively upselling products such as cash desk offers, complimentary items and where applicable outfit building
- carry out the merchandising plan created by the Retail Area Manager & Retail Operations Manager to maximise sales opportunities
- to ensure that our stores are stocked, tidy and ready in advance for match day trade
- daily opening and closing of the retail stores in line with company trading times
- ensure all cash reconciliation in the retail area is checked and accurate and along with accounts, deal with any discrepancies
- maintain till floats, manage change and efficient management of the safe contents
