graphic designer
Responsibility
- develop and oversee the design strategy, ensuring guidelines are adhered to across all brands
- design promotional materials, including event branding, signage, digital and print ads, social media graphics, and other collateral
- manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality
- create and craft brand identities for new show concepts or initiatives
- work closely with marketing and operations teams to align with all event objectives
- stay up to date with industry trends and tools to ensure our events remain visually compelling
- prepare and deliver production-ready files, liaise with print suppliers when needed, and ensure accurate execution of designs
- manage the relationship with freelance designers and provide guidance to junior team members when required
Requirements
- advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- strong understanding of typography, layout, etc
- knowledge of large-format printing, digital media, and interactive design
- ability to produce both static and dynamic assets for various platforms
- exceptional creativity and attention to detail
- strong organisational and time-management skills
- graphic design: 3 years
- effective communication and teamwork abilities
