Responsibility
- maintain and keep warehouse and customers goods organised and tidy
- looking after customers orders to be sent out via our overnight parcel or pallet delivery services
- unload and load lorries and goods into our warehouse
- plan and optimize routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- monitor and track Nationwide deliveries to ensure on-time delivery
- communicate with drivers and customers to provide updates on delivery status
- coordinate and schedule overnight pallet collections and deliveries in the UB, SL and West London postcodes to help maintain 99% on time delivery success

Requirements
- friendly, helpful and keen to learn new skills to progress
- previous experience in warehouse/transport coordination and customer service
- good organizational and multitasking skills
- good fork lift truck skills for unloading/ loading lorries
- experience with health and safety
- warehouse and transport supervisor: 2 years
- forklift truck: 1 year
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
