Responsibility
- working closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver a best-in-class email marketing strategy
- collaborating with the Marketing Team to deliver beautiful, engaging and commercially successful email campaigns and automations
- building a strategy around SMS, improving service and customer engagement without increasing unsubscribes
- manage and schedule posts across all social media channels
- monitor social media engagement, respond to comments & messages
- stay up to date with industry trends and monitor competitors' digital marketing strategies
- define, track and manage Key Performance Indicators for marketing activities
- assist in administrative tasks related to digital marketing projects
Requirements
- education or Prior Experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- familiarity with digital marketing software
- analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
- creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends
- strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- strong commercial awareness with results driven mentality
