care coordinator
Responsibility
- this is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team as our Care Coordinator
- butterfly Care are a family run home care provider with services in Bath and North East Somerset and in Wiltshire
- compile weekly rotas using Rostering software
- ensure that all staff have adequate hours allocated
- allocate time for training, appraisals and supervisions in discussion with management
- undertake staff supervisions e.g. one to one meetings and observations
- undertake client support tasks including assessments and reviews
- allocate shadowing for new staff in consultation with management
Requirements
- level 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent
- other Health and social care related qualifications e.g
- knowledge of rostering systems, management information systems
- end of life
- medication Management
- health and safety etc
- on call experience
- at least 1 years’ experience in a Coordinating role
