Responsibility
- the General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of Elite Bounce Ltd
- you will also work closely with upper management to stay up-to-date with organisational changes, issues and improvements
- day-to-day admin tasks including emails, calls & other customer queries
- recruiting, training & managing staff
- assisting with payroll duties, reviewing timesheets etc
- monitoring employee performance with regular reviews & appraisals
- from managing the daily operations & managing staff to marketing the business & updating the policies to ensure the business runs successfully
- monitoring stock, budgets & revenue
Requirements
- full Uk Drivers Licence
- 1 Years Management Experience
- level 3 Management & leadership
- customer Service experience desired
- finance experience desired
