the main aim of your role will be to aid the head chef in the daily running of the kitchen whilst completing normal assigned KPI’s such as Haccp documentation and Rotas
the salary advertised is £38,000 OTE inclusive of £28,000 basic salary and £10,000 in projected tronc payments
A healthy work-ethic, personal motivation and an ability to lead a team positively are the key attributes you will need for this role
working with great produce from our trusted suppliers you will prepare dishes to spec and also have input in dishes and menu creation
