Responsibility
- reports to: Manager
- to perform all other appropriate duties within the overall function of the job
- preparing recipes of complex marinades, concentrated stock, herb & spice blends, and ingredient fusions as formulated by the Culinary Designer and/or Head /Sous Chef
- to replenish the stock of ingredients in the preparation areas
- assist in the selection and storing of stock, including the verification of deliveries
- ensures the highest food quality appropriate to the market and assists in all areas of kitchen operations
- assists in checking and ordering fresh products and dry storage items required by the kitchen
- compiling reports as required
