  • organise and manage the maintainance of our partners facilities
  • ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • manage and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors
  • develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
  • ensure accounting administrative duties, raising PO's and invoicing
  • prepare and present financial forecasts and reports to directors
  • drive new business by obtaining new clients and developing relationships with current business partners
  • expand contractors portfolio and develop business relationships to ensure facilitiy partners are satisfied
