- perform Elemental Herbology Five Element holistic spa treatments
- perform Retail sales as per the needs of clientele
- perform treatments to a high standard on VIP’s and Journalists
- manage booking system and treatment column fulfilment
- oversee daily operations
- order and replenish stock
- apply hygiene practices
- ensure all treatments meet high quality standards
Requirements
- level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
- experience in similar role
- proven work experience managing a treatment room
- expert knowledge of holistic spa treatments and products
- previous experience of working within a 5 \* spa environment
- passion for performing spa treatments
- excellent customer service skills
- exceptional organizational skills
