Responsibility

  • groom pets according to specific breed standards and customer preferences
  • bathe and dry pets, including brushing and detangling fur
  • trim nails, clean ears, and perform basic grooming tasks
  • ensure the safety and well-being of pets during the grooming process
  • provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions

Requirements

  • be able to work in a team
  • previous experience as a pet groomer is preferred
  • be able to work under pressure
  • be city and guilds qualified
  • have great customer service skills
  • knowledge of different dog breeds and their grooming requirements
  • be able to deal with money
  • ability to handle and restrain animals in a gentle and compassionate manner
