Responsibility
- be first point of contact for service request escalation
- monitoring outstanding service requests daily to ensure the we meet our SLA's
- reading to and dealing with ad-hoc customer issues specifically relating to After sales service provision
- work with the Service Partner network to ensure service request meet our customers needs
- monitor Service Partners performance and escalate issues to the management team
- work with and support other departments to answer/resolve customer enquiries, from finance, sales and technical teams
- be the first point of contact on the phones, email and CRM for any queries and the raising and management of service requests
- provide admin support to the management teams in relation to service delivery
Requirements
- PC literate, with experience as below
- able to think ahead, anticipate deadlines and plan in advance
- ability to use email software
- ability to deal with customer's issues and queries in a professional and tactfully manner
- able to contribute in a team environment, but con be independent in areas of own responsibility
- reflect a professional company image through all communications and actions, both internally and externally
- experience with customer CRM systems
- strong verbal communication skills, ability to influence others, ability/ skills to deal with irate customers
