Responsibility
- leading and developing a team of finance professionals covering Billing and Collections, Accounts Payable, Financial Control and Financial Planning & Analysis
- this position is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department
- presenting financial reports and analysis to executives, board members, investors, and other stakeholders
- running the annual budgeting process and tracking key performance indicators
- assessing and evaluating key drivers of the business with the goal of helping the company improve its performance
- focusing on identifying and driving efficiencies and ensuring they improve the bottom line
- implementing policies, procedures and controls to ensure regulatory compliance and sustainable business growth
- providing leadership, decision making and advise for all finance related decision making in EMEA
Education
- degree or equivalent
- qualified
Requirements
- qualified accountant
- extensive experience as Finance Director in multijurisdictional company
- A hands-on leader willing to roll up their sleeves and do whatever is necessary to ensure the Company’s success
- ability to create a results driven, team oriented environment
- excellent managerial skills; experience managing teams in a deadline driven environment
- persuasive and effective influencing skills
- good presentation skills
- self-motivated
