to lead, a high performing store sales through effective leadership, and achieve sales targets
you will be directly responsible for overseeing the effective day-to-day management of the store, including staff/rota planning and general performance reviews
maintain banking on a day-to-day basis, taking in payments, ensuring store budget is recorded and maintained
general maintenance of the store is kept to a high standard
dealing with logistics of the store requirement on a day-to day basis
Education
certificate of Higher Education
Requirements
excellent communication skills
excellent organisation and time management skills
strong knowledge of various Microsoft packages
ability to lead, motivate and inspire staff
commercially focused and results driven
knowledge of banking, budgeting, and general finance
retail sales: 2 years
supervising experience: 2 years
