  • to lead, a high performing store sales through effective leadership, and achieve sales targets
  • you will be directly responsible for overseeing the effective day-to-day management of the store, including staff/rota planning and general performance reviews
  • maintain banking on a day-to-day basis, taking in payments, ensuring store budget is recorded and maintained
  • general maintenance of the store is kept to a high standard
  • dealing with logistics of the store requirement on a day-to day basis

Education

  • certificate of Higher Education

Requirements

  • excellent communication skills
  • excellent organisation and time management skills
  • strong knowledge of various Microsoft packages
  • ability to lead, motivate and inspire staff
  • commercially focused and results driven
  • knowledge of banking, budgeting, and general finance
  • retail sales: 2 years
  • supervising experience: 2 years
