- to lead, a high performing store sales through effective leadership, and achieve sales targets
- you will be directly responsible for overseeing the effective day-to-day management of the store, including staff/rota planning and general performance reviews
- maintain banking on a day-to-day basis, taking in payments, ensuring store budget is recorded and maintained
- general maintenance of the store is kept to a high standard
- dealing with logistics of the store requirement on a day-to day basis
Education
- certificate of Higher Education
Requirements
- excellent communication skills
- excellent organisation and time management skills
- strong knowledge of various Microsoft packages
- ability to lead, motivate and inspire staff
- commercially focused and results driven
- knowledge of banking, budgeting, and general finance
- retail sales: 2 years
- supervising experience: 2 years
