• POC for sales activities for assigned administrative customer accounts
• review incoming RFQs from assigned customers
• convert incoming RFQs into enquiries for purchasing team

• obtain and prepare any supporting documentation
• follow up all high value and strategic quotations - obtain feedback and update quote tracker file
• contract review customer POs and convert into ISOs for purchasing team
• acknowledge customer POs when delivery dates are confirmed by suppliers
• review and process customer PO amendment requests
• manage customer portal activities where relevant
• review incoming customers POs - verify customer compliance with quoted terms and verify Ex-El can comply with any customer flow downs and Ts & Cs. Obtain corrected PO if divergences are present
• liaise with quality team to ensure all customer rejections/complaints/quality queries are processed efficiently
