  • troubleshoot desktop and system problems, diagnose, and solve customer hardware/software Incidents/problems
  • work to SLA thresholds for incidents, requests and problems
  • provide solutions/work arounds to incidents and problems
  • operating and maintaining tickets according to current polices, processes and procedures
  • prioritising and managing several open cases at one time
  • systems monitoring - Administration of all open Service Desk Tickets
  • establishing a good working relationship with other departments within the business in particular 2ndLine Support/Commissioning Engineers
  • supporting Users on both hardware and Software applications
