A few days after purchasing a new pc from eggy it decided to lock up and get stuck in repair mode , The gentleman from eggy could not have been more helpful , talking me through all the steps ( I am not computer literate )to get it back into working order again , after the first attempt failed he mailed me a usb stick ( trusting me to pay or return the unit ) and between us ( me pressing keys and him telling me which ones ) it is now working well again . I would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a pc to give this company a look at .
