proven experience in telesales, preferably in the fitness or personal training industry

Responsibility

collaborate with the personal training team to ensure a seamless transition of clients from the sales process to the training process
maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
stay up-to-date with company developments to effectively communicate the benefits of our services
contacting new inbound inquiries through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. This is not a cold calling roll, all inbound inquiries following up-to-date GDPR guidelines, have asked for information
conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their fitness goals and objectives. Present our personal training programs and services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value they provide
