Responsibility
- oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of a team of 5 to 8 BDAs
- coach BDAs to achieve their goals and develop their potential, giving regular feedback
- ensure a high quality and collaborative relationships with other Sales teams
- support the hiring and onboarding of new BDAs
- create culture of continual improvement and best practice in the team
Requirements
- minimum two years b2b business development/SDR or sales experience with Fortune 100 companies
- successful track record of achieving targets and business growth with the resilience to match
- an in depth understanding of end to end sales process and buyer journey
- strong communication skills with an ability to influence and drive change
- A hands-on approach and able to develop skills and confidence in others
- passion for Education and learning
- fluency of another European language a plus
- comprehensive and supportive onboarding from Day 1
