Responsibility
- take responsibility for the operational management of the service during the absence of the Operations Manager and work towards CQC registration
- work towards commissioning of our Service
- undertake task delegated by the Registered Manager including conducting investigations
- maintain safeguarding procedures and reporting processes as well as liaising with local authorities
- line management of Unit Coordinators and Support workers
- complete assessment for referrals and manage planned transitions including admission and discharges
- devise, Implement, review and work alongside Local Authority Support Agreements, My Plans and risk assessments
- review all audits completed audits competed Locality Coordinators for accuracy before submitting to the Administrator and take appropriate actions where necessary
