Responsibility

  • take responsibility for the operational management of the service during the absence of the Operations Manager and work towards CQC registration
  • work towards commissioning of our Service
  • undertake task delegated by the Registered Manager including conducting investigations
  • maintain safeguarding procedures and reporting processes as well as liaising with local authorities
  • line management of Unit Coordinators and Support workers
  • complete assessment for referrals and manage planned transitions including admission and discharges
  • devise, Implement, review and work alongside Local Authority Support Agreements, My Plans and risk assessments
  • review all audits completed audits competed Locality Coordinators for accuracy before submitting to the Administrator and take appropriate actions where necessary
