Requirements

  • advertising vacancies on various job boards
  • have a technical mind-set and experience of recruiting for technical roles, preferably in the automotive, defence or rail sector
  • sourcing candidates at all levels of seniority via CV searching and headhunting
  • excellent organisational skills
  • pre screening candidates in line with EES Process
  • negotiating salaries, pay rates, commission and additional benefits
  • coordinate the end-to-end interview process, in close relation with the hiring managers ensuring the candidates are fully prepared
  • experience with CRM systems, Bullhorn preferred
