Responsibility

  • log and analyse customer interactions to address pain points, aiming to create an experience that requires no support
  • participate in sales and onboarding calls in order to develop automated flows and prompts to reduce manual support and increase conversions
  • use design tools like Figma and online project management tools to organise, communicate, and implement your ideas
  • collaborate with the senior designer and contribute to projects and features that are developed with true empathy for the user
  • take a key role in customer support in order to observe and interact with users and gather insights from customer support moments to improve UX

Requirements

  • you’ll need to work with our Brighton-based team regularly, though some remote work is possible. Candidates must be based in or near Brighton to apply
