- help to file trademark applications via US legal attorneys
- engaging with the US Copyrights Office and the Patent and Trademark Office
- finding relevant attorneys that can carry out ad hoc work as needed by our clients. e.g. will writing
- liaising with attorneys to complete work required by our clients
- sending cease and desist notices to various individuals, companies and online platforms that are infringing on our client's work
- assisting the existing team with onboarding new clients and obtaining, verifying and identifying key information that will be later used in court
- developing the processes and databases required to consistently deliver these new types of activities in the area of IP protection
